 Provided conceptual budgeting support and managed risk throughout project cycle, decreasing costs through Value Engineering to ensure Guaranteed Maximum Price while staying on schedule.

Designed hand-made custom furniture and appliances for upscale Carrebian hospitality chains. Designs were shown through 3-D perspective renderings of interior spaces created in SketchUP, AutoCAD and Adobe Software.
